The maximum period for returning products is 20 days from the date of receipt at the address indicated by the customer. Returns shall only be accepted by NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L. if the products are received in perfect condition, in their original packaging (where applicable), with all of their accessories, and unused, together with the corresponding delivery note or invoice. Customers are to contact NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L. by telephone or email informing them of the return. Goods must be returned carriage paid by the customer to the installations of NEXUS GLOBAL, S.L., unless the return is due to an error on the part of NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L.
Once the goods have been received and inspected by NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L., they will contact the customer to confirm whether the goods have arrived in perfect condition and whether they meet the requirements for a refund. Where applicable, the customer may then decide whether they would like the amount paid for the products to be refunded or whether they wish to place another order.
Under no circumstances will returns of ‘PERSONALISED PACKAGING’ with the logo or colours provided by the customer be accepted, except in the case of any direct error on the part of NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L.
