How can I buy TotalSafePack Products?

  • Over the Internet: simply fill out the order form and we will contact you to formalise your purchase and arrange delivery.
  • Over the phone: by calling our Customer Service department on (+34) 932 237 089. (9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday)
  • What payment methods are accepted?

    • Bank transfer: once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email with instructions on how to make your payment.
    • Direct debit: subject to a customer credit check.
    • In cash: payment in cash upon collection of the goods from our facilities. See map.

    What delivery options are available?

    • Express delivery: easy and convenient; receive your order within 48/72 hours at the address you have provided. (For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other destination not on the Spanish mainland, the delivery time may vary. Please check by calling (+34) 932 237 089)

    • Collect your order directly from our warehouse. (By appointment)

    Can I return goods if I’m not completely satisfied?

    • The maximum period for returning products is 20 days from the date of receipt at the address indicated by the customer. Returns shall only be accepted by NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L. if the products are received in perfect condition, in their original packaging (where applicable), with all of their accessories, and unused, together with the corresponding delivery note or invoice. Customers are to contact NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L. by telephone or email informing them of the return. Goods must be returned carriage paid by the customer to the installations of NEXUS GLOBAL, S.L., unless the return is due to an error on the part of NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L.

      Once the goods have been received and inspected by NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L., they will contact the customer to confirm whether the goods have arrived in perfect condition and whether they meet the requirements for a refund. Where applicable, the customer may then decide whether they would like the amount paid for the products to be refunded or whether they wish to place another order.

      Under no circumstances will returns of ‘PERSONALISED PACKAGING’ with the logo or colours provided by the customer be accepted, except in the case of any direct error on the part of NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L.

    What do I do if the goods received are damaged?

    • Any products containing flaws or errors for which NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L. are responsible will be replaced free of charge. Should any incident arise with purchased products, please contact our Customer Service department by calling (+34) 932 237 089 or by sending an email to

    Is the packaging suitable for use with foodstuffs?

    • Yes, all of our packaging is produced with the stamp ‘Packaging suitable for use with foodstuffs’ in accordance with SPANISH HEALTH AND SAFETY REGISTER NO. 39.03801 / B.

    Is the packaging 100% recyclable?

    • Yes, all of the packaging that we produce is environmentally friendly and has been made with recycled and recyclable materials.

    Are the personal data that I submit via this website safe?

    • In compliance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L. assure you that your personal data will be processed securely and confidentially and shall be included in the files belonging to NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L. with the aim of maintaining the commercial/trade relationship between both parties.
