How can I buy TotalSafePack Products?

  • Online: On our onlineshop, just follow the steps.
  • Filling up our forms: Fill up with your info one of our forms and we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • By phone: For special or custom orders, call our customer service- 932 237 089 (from 9am till 7pm from Monday till Friday).

What are the payment methods?

  • Paypal: With your Papal account you’ll be able to pay.
  • Bank Transfer: Once confirmed the order, we will send you by email instructions in order to make the payment.
  • Debit receipt: Only with a previous financial study of the client.
  • Cash: Cash payment when collecting the goods in our facilities.

What are the delivery methods?

  • Fast delivery: Confortable and easy. In 48/72h hours your order will be in its destination (For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any destination other than the Spanish Peninsula, delivery time may vary. Check it by calling: +34 932 237 089).

  • Picking up your delivery directly in our warehouses (with appointment). Our warehouses are at:
    Pasaje Montserrat Isern, nº 6, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona. (Spain)
    Hours: Form Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 13:00 and from 15:00 pm to 18:00.

Can I return the goods if I am not satisfied?

  • The maximum term to return the products is 20 days from the date of receipt at the destination indicated by the customer. The return will only be accepted by BKTS, S.L. If the products are in perfect conditions, inside it’s original packaging (if it exists), with all its accessories and without having been used, including the delivery note or the corresponding invoice. The customer should contact BKTS SL via telephone or email informing of the return. The goods must be returned to the freight paid by the customer at the BKTS, S.L. facilities, unless the return is derived from an error made by BKTS, S.L.

    Once the goods have been received and checked by BKTS, S.L., we will contact you to confirm if the goods have arrived in perfect condition and if it meets all the requirements to proceed with the return. Then, if this is the case, the customer may decide whether he wishes to be returned with the amount paid for the products or if he wishes to make another new order for the same amount.

    In no case will be accepted returns of “CUSTOM PACKAGING” with the logo or the colors provided by the client, except if there is an error caused directly by BKTS, S.L.

What can I do if I received a product in a bad state?

  • Any defect or error of BKTS SL will be repositioned at no cost to the customer. If you have any problems with the product purchased, contact our Customer Service department by calling +34 932 237 089 or by sending us an email to: pedidos@totalsafepack.com

Are these packaging suitable for food use?

  • Yes, all our packaging are manufactured with the seal “Packing suitable for food use” according to REGISTRATION SANITARY NO. 39.03801 / B.

Is the packaging 100% recyclable?

  • Yes, all the packages we manufacture are environmentally eco-friendly and have been made from recycled and recyclable material.

  • BKTS SL, in compliance with what is established in the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December on the Protection of Personal Data, ensures that your personal data will be treated in a secure and confidential manner, and will be incorporated into files owned by BKTS, SL with the purpose of maintaining a commercial relationship between both parties.
