The maximum term to return the products purchased to TOTALSAFEPACK is 20 days from the receipt of the products at the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The return will only be accepted by TOTALSAFEPACK if the merchandise is in perfect condition, inside its original packaging (if it exists), with all its accessories and without having been used, including the delivery note or the invoice of purchase. The customer must first contact TOTALSAFEPACK via telephone or via e-mail to inform him of his decision to return the products purchased. The merchandise must be returned to the freight paid by the Customer and must be delivered to the TOTALSAFEPACK facilities, unless the return is derived from an error made by TOTALSAFEPACK. Once the goods returned to TOTALSAFEPACK have been received, they will contact the Customer to confirm that the goods received are in perfect condition or not. And in the event that the merchandise is in good condition and meets all the requirements for TOTALSAFEPACK to accept its return, the Client can decide if you want to receive a payment of the amount paid or if you want to order another new product to TOTALSAFEPACK.
