The maximum period for returning products bought from TOTALWINEPACK is 20 days from receipt of the products at the delivery address indicated by the customer. Returns shall only be accepted by TOTALWINEPACK if the goods are in perfect condition, in their original packaging (where applicable), with all of their accessories, and unused, together with the delivery note or purchase invoice. Customers are to previously contact TOTALWINEPACK by telephone or email to inform them of their decision to return the purchased products. Goods must be returned carriage paid by the customer to the installations of TOTALWINEPACK, unless the return is due to an error on the part of TOTALWINEPACK. Once the goods returned to TOTALWINEPACK have been received, the company will contact the Customer to confirm whether or not the goods received are in perfect condition. In the event that the goods are in good condition and meet all of the requirements for TOTALWINEPACK to accept their return, the Customer may decide whether they wish to receive a refund for the amount paid or if they wish to order another product from TOTALWINEPACK.
